My massage was done with rubber gloves! The worse ever! I want a refund!!!!
I loved this place. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. The low lite atmosphere was plush and comfy. It really set the mood for relaxation. My massage therapist Adrianne is a true master of her craft. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family. Thank you Massage Envy!!!

Dissatisfied! POOR customer service and TERRIBLE experience. Attempted to cancel my account and was told I had to come in person. Then, I was told someone would call and they never did. Money continues to be taken from my account. I want a refund and I want the account to close, NOW!
I want my money back! The customer service is terrible. If they say they're going to call, expect to get the run around.
