Omg I have been a member for over 10 yrs and have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did today. First upon arrival I ask the receptionist with the bull ring in her nose if I could get some water before my massage and she tells me they don’t give water. This location has had a lit of turn around with therapist. Everytime I get use to one they either leave, chamge shifts when I'm not available to go, or they are always booked. I was also billed for months during the covid pandemic and was not able to place my acct on hold since no one answered the phones, I ended up with 6 months worth of credit, so I decided to give a friend a massage and they saidbIbhad to pay for a difference.
