Just not honest, I called to cancel my membership because I was moving to Jax & was to be admitted into Mayo Clinic. I couldn't have massages, I had fulfilled my obligation. Several months later without notice they came back & charged me. They made no notes I had bees a. Would love to give a -4 Just discovered that after I bought a one year membership in 2014 on my medical expense card that you have been charging me for your services that I have not been utilizing the last 2 years I never even used all of the Massages I purchased the first year and you have been stealing my money the past 2 ........... If it were possible to give zero stars and still leave a review I would. There is a particular employee at Envy who is a rotten individual. First, she was very nasty towards me concerning a miscarriage I had. Basically blaming me getting a massage for my miscarriage. And on a completely separate incident she announced to a family member who I had gifted a massage to that I was pregnant when we hadn't announced it to anyone yet. Just had a massage yesterday. The front desk staff is great and CiJi (sp?) did my massage. Left there feeling 💯 after leaving! I highly recommend!!
