Been a member for three months. Tried to make a reservation and discovered there are no available slots for the next 45 days. Called 3 times and get only voicemail.

My wife's appointment was taken by somebody w the same sounding name, so there's no ID checks. They made her wait for two hours and offered to comp 30 of the 90 minutes, when the time came she was not comped anything. I am currently trying to get her to switch companies!
My wife scheduled an appointment a month out as they are quite busy, came in for her appointment and her name is Kitty, someone came in just before her named Katie, so they gave her appt away w no ID check system. My wife had to wait two hours to be squeezed in, on top of that they offered to comp 30 out of the 90 min massage for the screw up, then didn't even comp her, trying to get her to switch companies.
