From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by the person that checked me in to meeting Melissa who did my facial I had such a wonderful experience at massage envy. Melissa did the best facial I've ever had. I'm looking forward to my next Appointment.
Nice friendly atmosphere the massages are wonderful
Horrible policies, especially when someone tries to reschedule 8 hours before an appointment and is told they'd be charged 50% to do that. Also, not very knowledgeable girls behind the front desk. Many issues with checking out, not understanding how to break up massages that roll over, etc. I'll be very happy once my contract is completed!
Great experience w staff and therapist. Highly recommend this location.
