It is a shame as I was so pleased with the staff at this location, that I became a member. After a point I canceled my membership and was continued to be charged, and I didn't even use the three months of sessions that I already had paid for. I asked the owner for an amicable resolution, and which he was not interested. I thought I would give them another chance and I was turned away. The policy of the customer always being right certainly does not apply at this business. Sad because the rest of the staff was great.
