Seems like massage envy -Northlake deletes negative reviews. Posted one last year. Massage therapists are all great, but be aware of them charging wrong and then good luck with the customer service. Whoever deals with billing (Lisa) will not receive proper assistance.

This was my first experience at Massage Envy I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect but I must say that the two ladies that I had one for a massage and one for facial was very very good I had a wonderful time it was very relaxing and I most definitely will be coming back���
My regular, Linda was unavailable on my short notice, so I booked with Sabrina. She was extremely attentive, and continually confirmed with me that she was addressing my problem. I had a muscle strain in my back. I would certainly recommend her. Best foot massage, ever�
With this being my first time here I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be back real soon...
