BEWARE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I scheduled a 90 minute massage with Ryan. I never confirmed my appointment and I was charged 100%. I was never told or agreed to allow them to charge my card if there was a “no show” which was due to my family member passing away. The assistant manager Amelia showed ZERO EMPATHY. Jessica is amazing been going for several years now and will continue to go for as long as I can.... perfect date time for hubby and I monthly.... little us time together reducing stress and tension

Jessica and Karen....My husband and I would highly recommend them both. I had Jessica this month and talk about getting straight to the pressure point if the pain I was having in between my shoulder and neck! The pressure she applied to every area was perfect. Massage Envy is a relaxed setting as soon as you walk in. Not to mention how great the customer service is too. Thank you all for being so kind. :-)
Being a certified medical massage therapist myself, I noticed some thing that could be improved but wasn't completely disappointed. Had my massage with Karen as a surprise birthday gift from my husband. He was not advised that I needed to be there early to fill out paperwork so I ran 20 minutes into my massage time. Karen did go ahead and keep me a little later than my time but wish she would have focused more on my problem areas. Again, not bad, but they do need to claify better on information needed.
