Love how my massage therapist knows my problem areas and how to fix them! Love the aromatherapy! I leave feeling so much better! Everyone is so friendly!
Zero customer service skills - ZERO. Avoid this location at ALL costs! Front desk person enrolling in charm school may be helpful. Telling me canceling my membership is fine by her because they make an error in their appointment log - NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Avoid like the plague. They obviously don’t care about their customers.
I was recently thinking about canceling my membership due to a price increase. Then, I learned about the new services they are offering and now I'm so happy I didn't cancel my membership. I had an AMAZING hour long Performance Stretch session with Trevon! I spend a lot of time on my feet and was stiff from head to toe. He helped me through a series of stretches and when I walked out of that session I could move with no pain or stiffness. Kimi is fantastic! I look forward to my next massage from the time I finish the one I'm getting! She is a delight and I consider her a friend in addition to being a fantastic masseuse!
