My favorite message therapist is TJ! She’s absolutely amazing and I’m completely satisfied every visit. She really takes her time to understand and know her clients body aches, which is why I feel 100% better after our sessions. I’ll forever be a #LifetimeMassageEnvyCustomer

My husband and I are regular clients at the Niles, IL Massage Envy and we could not happier. We are ALWAYS treated as valued customers with respect and pleasant service. We have had various technicians and have never been disappointed. They are respectful and professional to a fault. In light of some of the bad press that Massage Envy has experienced recently it seemed important to be reminded these are not a representative of Massage Envy overall service.
It was my first time there, and I was with Jeffrey and now, he will be the only one I see! He was very professional and really did listen to the issue I was having, and totally addressed it. I will be back as soon as I can! Also, all of the staff is very friendly!
I have not had a massage in many moons, I feel great. I'm going back next month for another. It gave me more strength, and I'm walking better. Great stress reliever. I highly recommend them.
Disappointed. For the last 2 months, I've had my previously scheduled appointments cancelled, one was cancelled the day of the service. I was also recently hit with a rate increase, even though, nothing at the facility has changed and customer service has declined. Considering cancelling or finding a new location.
