Over the past 3-4 years, I have been a loyal Massage Envy customer. We have primarily used Nashua but also frequented Methuen. I have 3 memberships that are billed monthly. At the start of covid, the billing stopped. Once the massage parlors were allowed to open again, billing continued. One day, I called to schedule an appointment for my son who is a paying member. Not very happy how they run their store. I e-mailed for an appointment on Friday and scheduled for the following week. In their e-mail they stated they wanted me to call in to to get more of my information. I called on Tuesday and they said they already filled my spot. REALLY? Why couldn't they call me? They have my phone number. I tried to re-schedule an appointment with them over the phone and after all that, they wanted my credit card over the phone to "hold my spot". If I could give a 0 I would. My boyfriend and i booked a couples appointment weeks ago and had to rearrange and take Personal days (of which he only gets 3) for this appointment. I just got a call, 3 hours before the appointment, saying that my massage therapist had called out so the appointments needed to be changed. I understand that her children were sick and that she couldn't go in, but I don't think it's fair that no one else could cover the appointment. Used to love this place. Been going there for over 5 years, but after trying to deal with management on an issue, no phone calls returned, leave messages, nothing. Very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of the office staff.
Very much enjoyed the deep work and relaxing atmosphere.
