Horrible customer service and manager. I’ve already contacted corporate and will get this resolved. I haven’t been to this place since November and now out the the blue they are charging my debit card and won’t give it back! Don’t go here!!!!

Horrible customer service from office manager. They will overcharge you for services. I can't use my services due to severe injury a few months ago. I called after injury in Nov 2019 was told account will be put on hold & not charged. They instead kept charging me & they refuse to cancel membership & won't refund my membership fees. Horrible customer service!!! I have tried to transfer my membership to this location over a year ago and they can’t seem to get it right. I filled out paperwork for the THIRD time in person in October and gave an updated form of payment.
