Im trying to cancel my membership - and am being told that I have to speak to a manager but that no one knows when the manager works? This makes no sense and feels very wrong - surely the manager has a schedule and I can speak to her or know when to come by to speak to her? And I really loved my massage therapist there but I can't give them a good review, if this is how they handle a cancellation.

The owner of this franchise, Roger, treats the massage therapists bad. He steals money from their pay, claiming charges that he makes up arbitrarily. His behavior promotes a hostile environment for people to work. When confronted by the therapists, Roger will make threats to call the police for theft of service and lie to the police. I cancelled my membership on 9/22/18. They continued to charge my credit card on file. I called 5 times, 5 different days to talk to Manager, Brittney about this issue. She called me back on 10/6/18 and told me she cancelled my membership. It was 16 days after I gave written consent to cancel. She told me they have 10 days to cancel membership and charge my card. However, she didnt follow the contract of cancelling with 10 days. Poor management, poor communication to customers!!!!!
