After a mix up with an appointment I was very disappointed. About 2 hours later I received a call with an apology and a free massage! This was above and beyond customer service so I had to revise this review. I look forward to my massage and expect to continue going to Massage Envy :) thank you!!!
Thank goodness for Adam at Massage Envy. His deep tissue massage loosen the many knots in my shoulders, back, & neck. He is the best therapist that I've worked with. I commute approximately 100 miles a day & hunch over a laptop at work, so those muscles get incredibly tight. The relaxation room helps me unwind before the massage.
