This location is the worst and management is very unprofessional I discourage anyone from going to this location
That was my first massage it was awsome Mark was wonderful
It was my first time at Massage Envy and I am hooked. Mark was wonderfu the best massage i have ever had and the rest of the staff was very friendly also. I can't wait to go again.

I cancelled the monthly massage package prior to leaving the building within the same hour and was still charged $59.99. I've spoken to two representatives on the phone and one manager...no refund. I've emailed twice...still no refund. Customer service needs a great deal of improvement.
