This is the worst place in the Boise/Meridian area to get a massage. It is literally impossible to schedule online - no availability for 90 days, and they don't let you schedule any further out. Kept calling to use a gift certificate from my kids, they had paid $150, and Massage Envy promotion added a $40 voucher, so I thought for $190 I'd get at least 3 massages. Instead, I got one. Let's begin. I don't write reviews but after dealing with this company's poor ethics and terrible customer service I felt inclined. I'll start with, it takes a couple months to even get on the books.. therefore I asked to cancel my membership and was told I needed to use all my accrued hours before my cancellation or that it would just be money lost.
