Went for a scheduled massage today, 3/6, and found a sign on the door saying they are closed 3/4 for system updates. Something must have gone terribly wrong because there are no computers and a set of keys laying on the counter. I sure wish someone would have called me to let me know they needed to reschedule my appointment... Maybe they couldn't because they lost their schedules/client phone numbers during the system upgrade. At the min, they should have updated the sign on the door. I went for a facial today 3/5/20. The door was looked and the inside stripped of all their products, computers etc. Keys on top of counter. I did not receive a call that they were closing this franchise, and due to illness have a 3 credits to use ( hope not to lose). What's Happening?
My boyfriend gave me two gift cards for two individual massages as well as two cards for an enhancement with each massage. Apparently this was a Christmas special offered by Massage Envy. Initially when I went on line to schedule my first massage there were zero appointments available for the days and times I was available. UPDATE: After Posting the below review, the corporate office reached out to me. I shared my experience with them and they apologized and said they will contact the owner of the Medford franchise. I also asked for a refund for the massages I was charged for but never received any service. Well, its been nearly a month and they have still been unable to get anyone to reach out to me, nor have they refunded the charges on my card.
