I’ve tried calling for 3 days to first make some appts since they are always booked out 3-4 weeks and now to cancel. I have yet to get a return phone call since Monday. I’ve called multiple times a day the last 4 days and now you can’t leave a voice message because ‘the mailbox is full!’ How can you do business with no phone calls or returned messages in 4 days?!

I went here last week for a birthday massage I was so excited, the massage was awful. Most the massage was over the sheet or very light touch even after asking for more pressure. On top of that my 60 min massage ended up being less then 40 min. The manager was supposed to call me and it's been over a week. I called a couple days ago and once again the manager wasn't in. I'm super frustrated.
My esthetician is wonderful. Trisha will assist you in ridding yourself if skin problems. Always professional, prompt and friendly.
