My regular therapist of 5 years officially left, earlier this month. Unfortunately, I wasn't told about her departure until a couple of days prior to my appointment which ended up being cancelled. Finding the right massage therapist is not very easy, and I got lucky after my 2nd appt. at this location 5 years ago. Needless to say, I am gong to give this place one last shot and hope I can find a reliable replacement.

I've been a member for almost 5-years. Just recently went into cancellation. It's so hard to get an appointment here and when I did, I showed up and my therapist had called out sick. They did extend my cancellation days out for me, but I've paid thousands of dollars in monthly fees, tips and upgrades over these past years, so I was due something in return for showing up and not being serviced and not ever getting regular appointments. I really loved the services but the accounting, back office and management is not the most responsive to issues. I have lost a whole massage due to the lack of communication. Unfortunately, I will no longer support this location. I hate to disappoint my friends and family but you will not receive any more gift cards for this location. But I am on the hunt for somewhere new ... stay tuned.
The girls were wonderful! I had a top notch, relaxing experience at the Mathews-mint hill location tonight! This was my first time to a massage envy and I had the microderm infusion treatment done and Monica was absolutely amazing! She walked me through every step and addressed all of my questions and skin care concerns. I am so happy with the glowing results and will definitely be back for routine facials! I’d recommend this location to anyone and everyone!
Absolutely loved it, one of my best sessions for sure.
