After being a member for several years when this location first opened, we cancelled our membership because of constant scheduling conflicts with favorite therapists. I decided recently to give it another try. First time back a few months ago, I randomly chose a therapist because of availability to fit my schedule. I’ve never looked back. He is amazing. Happy I gave this location another chance.
Second month of membership, third service. My first facial, probably the last at least with that esthetician. Little to no interaction with the esthetician. I guess I didn't need to know what she was putting on my face. Front desk people were overly nice to the point where they seemed fake. I changed my bank draft date last month, and it still isn't right. Hoping yesterday was just a bad day. On a positive, I do love my masseuse, Ms. Angela, otherwise, I'd probably cancel my membership.
I was placed with Miss Heather yesterday. I got a 60-minute Swedish, nothing fancy. I swear that woman has magic hands. She knew how to push, pullv rub, and massage just right to make my muscles tingle and relax and soothe my body into a calm relaxed state. Definitely going to try and get her when I go back next time. I hope she sees and knows how much I appreciate her and she should feel good about what she's doing!
Had a great massage therapist Vivian who did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend her .
I was a member of Massage Envy before for 3 years and have visited many of their locations. All have been wonderful but this location has been my favorite. The attention was outstanding and Heather is amazing! I signed up for a membership once again and I'm very happy to be back with ME Mansfield as my home location.
