The front office staff is really nice. I've only had 2 massages. Both by Megan. She is really nice. She listens and addresses your needs.
Kyle is fairly new at this location but he is awesome! Deep tissue, very therapeutic for the neck and shoulder pain i deal with. Highly recommend him!
Had my Mother's Day facial and massage today. Abby was awesome with the facial. But my massage was a big disappointment. Drew did not seem to be able to locate one muscle in my body. However, the girls at the front office were very professional and accommodating. I sincerely believe they should have "mystery shoppers" getting massages to see exactly what their customers are getting..
What do you do when your massage is cancelled just a couple hours before your appointment? Reschedule, only to have the next appointment cancelled a couple hours before that appointment. Seriously, what does a person have to do to get a massage here? And how do two different massage therapists just happen to get sick a couple hours before both of my 90 minute deep tissue appointments?
