I cancelled my membership after a year and now after cancelling in writing, which they conveniently couldn't find, and talking to a manager that assured me they cancelled my membership, my bank account has been drafted, not 1 but 2 times after cancelling. Last month I was assured it was a mistake and they would refund me. As of today, 30 days later, no refund and they charged my account AGAIN!!! I am beyond livid!!!!!
They do not warn you that your massages purchased expire. My husband spent over $200 for a gift package and I only got to use 2/4 massages I was supposed to get. Do not waste your money, go somewhere with decent customer service.
I'm embarrassed to say this is the first time that I have ever fallen asleep during a massage! Great experience and customer service! I need one of those heated beds at home I was so comfortable and my therapist Ferlandus has magical hands! I highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed!
Extremely uncooperative. Also very difficult to cancel your membership.
