I went in today for a dual appointment. A massage, followed by a facial. I booked this appointment a month and a half ago. After my massage I was told that I couldn’t get my facial because she called in sick. I wish I was called before because I would have rescheduled both appointments. Very disappointed.

I love the staff at this Massage Envy! Chris is wonderful and I just had my first stretch session yesterday followed by my monthly massage. I always feel comfortable here and with a stressful job I feel so much better after my visits. I highly recommend them! My husband's massage therapist is Nicole and he says she is amazing as well!! Best monthly investment we have made for our health and peace of mind!

Great hours clean atomosphere. I heard that had a membership but nobody covered it with me.
I don't know about other locations but I've received complete disrespect from staff here. I've showed up twice in my 6 months of being a member to find out therapist called out. I've called and was told someone would call me back that was over a week and a half ago. No one, even from corporate responds so my only option: cancel membership and I had better get refunded for April since they never got back to me. Maybe we should all file class action to get our money back!
