The front desk is professional and courteous. The products and price are awesome and it's easy to get in without too long of a wait.
I became a year member all my visits were great and no problem til my next to last one, scheduled 1.5 hrs, I got lost in the computer, no appt they said. Kept a young lady over her time for me which wasn't my normal person, only got an HR. Gave my daughter my last visit and they messed up on that one,
My massage therapist, Silvia, was great! The front desk staff was great! Overall a great experience! I will return ( already booked it for February)
This place is great! Jenny knows exactly where my spots are and works them out without killing me. Great massage and the Stretch is amazing! Also have gotten a facial and hand peel. Felt 20 years younger, even if I didn't look it! 😉 Excellent staff and the place is clean and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing.
I looked up Massage Envy on many websites and said that they close at 10 p.m. on September 22nd Friday. As I drove across the parking lot to to visit the store and buy a gift certificate as soon as I pulled in the lot a male and female were just shutting out the lights at 8:08 p.m. Friday September 22nd. I could possibly see shaving off 10 minutes or so from closing time but this was two hours from what every publication said was closing time at 10 p.m. I'm very disappointed in the practice that they male and female we're do... read more
This location was very warm, temperature. My 60 min massage was more like 35 mins! My massage therapist forgot to massage certain parts, I.e., left arm, shoulders, etc. UGG! Will not go back again! Essential oils are add ons. Never heard of that before. I will go. Back to Massage Heights!
