This location is the worst Massage Envy - do not go here. I've been a member of Massage Envy for about a decade. I started going to this location because it is near my work. Despite the fact that I continuously have weird issues (cancels, unable to get certain advertised upgrades, they forget to give water, etc..) the convenience to work kept me going. My massage therapist was great but front desk and management were poor. I cancelled my contract was told October was last month. November billed again. Enough said. No one responsible
