I have always had fantastic results with massage here. I also did a facial and found it to be very refreshing.
I was very much in need of a massage to try and work out a pinched nerve that was trying to get in my shoulder blade. Sarah knew just what to do and where to push and rub to relieve some of the pressure.
I felt constantly pressured by the people at the front counter and my therapist to buy more/memberships. They kept asking even after I said no multiple times. My massage was awful, he pretty much just rubbed oil into my back. When I said I like deep pressure, he disagreed and said that's not what my muscles needed. Then he started to push their aroma therapy sessions on me. I felt like I was dealing with bad sales people the entire time. Definitely not relaxing. And my massage was a joke. Will never go back.
Best massage spa I've ever been to! Always polite, and knowledgable about pairing me with a good therapist! Especially LOVE Laura, Rena and Lori!

I will never go here again.. If you tell me on the phone the day before that my appointment is at 6:15 and after I get there and wait 25 minutes only for you to say, oh I'm sorry your appointment is at 7:00?? What the H? why didn't you tell me when I got there and checked in at 6:00 that I would be waiting an hour? I would have understood that your scheduling coordinator made a mistake, And I would have went and ran some errands and came back.. Worst massage we've ever experienced. My husband sent my mom and I there for my birthday. I think my 6 month old could give me a better massage. We should have waited until AFTER our "massages" to tip.
