My boyfriend and I had a couple’s massage today for the first time and it was wonderful. Both therapist did a wonderful job, we both left extremely relaxed and felt so much better. The facility is very clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We ended up buying a 3 month membership which includes three 90 minute sessions and a free facial. We cannot wait to go back again! Wish I could have received a discount for working at Pivot but that’s alright. Thanks again so much, would recommend. �
Made a apt online for today, received a call I thought was to confirm this morning . During that call I asked was there a sooner time I could come in, the lady advised that there was a 1 apt . She proceeded to ask me for my credit card info I advised her I was driving and didn't have a card at hand . We got off the phone I just showed up for my 1 apt and I am not on the schedule. I’m on the receiving end of strong arm tactics from your laurel MD location while trying to cancel a ”membership” that I never used once! When I asked to cancel im receiving the run around. Can someone please advise?
I am new to this location but it's closer to home. Highly recommend Jordan for facials and Frank if you like deep tissue massages! The front desk staff is very pleasant.
I had my first facial and a full body yesterday. The facial was nice and relaxing. The message OMG. I felt like a new women. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful from the moment I walked in. On the massage alone, I would go back to the laurel location. The masseuse was great!!
I've been a member for a couple years but it was my first experience at this location. I've had some serious shoulder/neck pain and James was the first massage therapist I've found that could really address the pain! It's been 2 days and I feel better than I've felt in a long time. He asked thoughtful questions and tried various stretching and breathing techniques coupled with massage.
We were put at ease and treated with respect and dignity. We would recommend this company to our friends and family.
