Massage was okay. Since I was a new client (customer in their mind), I paid a very reasonable introductory price for my massage. The trouble with this place (and I'm assuming all Massage Envy chains) is that they continuously try to sell you a monthly massage package: Before the massage and after it. I'm trying to relax and enjoy myself in a calming atmosphere, not be sold a sales pitch and feel like I'm being harassed. Probably not going back for this reason.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional assistant manager who doesn't know how to resolve client problems. If you buy a gift card from this place, you'd do well to make sure they have the name correctly stored. They sold me a gift card and then allowed an unknown person to use MY gift card. I have filed a complaint of fraud with the BBB. This place has a history of poor management. The one in Mission is much better with nicer people.
Excellent service! Supper friendly! have been a member for almost a year. always accommodating and clean. have tried many therapist and cant complain about a single one!
