Terrible. Our requests were not honored after confirming them via telephone. Therapist talked about her personal problems the entire time. Paid for an hour massage, received 40 minutes outside of the waiting room - including dressing time and initial talking time with the therapist. We will never return.
First time I've been in 2 years and a lady named paline( I prob spelled it wrong) was beyond amazing!! I already booked my next massage w her!! Don't really think massage envy could get any better except the price is high but well worth it esp as a mom of 3 I need it. I felt like 1000 bucks when I left!
They have somehow collected tremendously talented staff for a franchise organization. I have tried over three dozen of their therapists, and this location really has it going on!
