My husband booked a massage for me as a surprise, then called back 10mins later to cancel it since I don’t feel comfortable having one during this COVID 2020 time nor do I want one even with a mask on. They not only wouldn’t refund him, let us reschedule it for a later time but not even a merchandise credit. We cancelled and lost half the cost, I will never go back there.

RecommendedI was traveling in the area and made a last minute appointment. I was so fortunate to get Alex for a deep tissue massage. He is exceptional! He used a special reiki technique combined with deep tissue massage and it helped me with all my aches and pains. I strongly recommend him!
I will never go to Massage Envy again! be careful of their"membership" I was billed 2× for the month of May...I had only wanted a 6 month membership they signed me for a 12 month membership was suppose to be done in October when I tried to cancel it they told me I had signed up for a 12 month, when I tried to get my money back they more or less told me no...i will never recommend them EVER!
