Love this place. James is a miracle worker with his hands. Always feel better after a session with him. Will continue to go until my membership is over.
The manager here, tiffany is very unprofessional. Very disappointed with massage envy and the way they handle scheduling appointments. You don't assume someone wants to cancel and then cancel their appointment. When I asked why they cannot cancel with whom ever they gave my appointment too and give me back my appointment I just kept getting put on hold and hearing sorry we can fit you in on July 9. No thank you, get it together.
The staff were polite and accommodating. James the massage therapist was excellent I still feel great a day later.
