I went one here ONE TIME. One of the staff members convinced me to sign up for their “membership” when, in fact, it’s a 12 month contract. I told her in the middle of signing up that I didn’t think I wanted to sign up anymore, and she told me I’d be able to cancel it at any time if I changed my mind. That was a lie. I’ve tried for months to cancel it, I’ve never had as much trouble with any company as I’ve had with this one. People are so nice and very good
Terrible service. Business is ran in a way that all they care about is your money. No text reminders, email, or calls about appointment times and if they are wrong about times it’s YOUR fault. Find a different place they don’t care about the customer on profits.
