Ivy always provides the best massage and is all ways concerned with my needs. She never hesitates to check on me during the session. Ivy all ways makes sure I am comfortable during the message. I¿ve had nothing but positive experiences with Massage Envy. I don't remember her name (i am so sorry) but she took my phone call and went over my paperwork with me at my 1st appt. She was wonderful and really paid attention. Was extremely informative regarding the facility and membership. Very helpful as well.
I realized that Swedish better suited my needs than Deep Tissue. Toni provided a very caring and relaxing massage and was so focused and thorough. She really helped me with my muscle knots in my thighs.
She always listens to all that I tell her is going on with my body and seems to know all the right spots to alleviate. By addressing my personal needs and checking with me to be sure that pressure was correct. She also was careful to keep me covered up and made sure the temperature of the table was comfortable. My therapist is always outstanding.

Everyone is very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable when I come in. When I explained my frequent migraines issue, Virginia immediately sprung into action with the right type of massage that would best work for my migraines, no one else I talked to about them bothered explaining other options of therapy.
