So, I finally decided to schedule a massage at Massage envy in Jtown using a gift card I received 4 months ago. I get someone to cover work for me so I can leave early, fight stressful traffic and arrive early. The rude individual behind the desk informs me that my Therapist called in sick, and they won’t be able to help me. They did not call or email me to notify me of the cancellation and were extremely rude when I asked if they could take the gift card back and reimburse me for my trouble. RecommendedWonderful place to get massages! Been to a few others in the area and the j-town location is the best! While sometimes it may be hard to get in with schedules, when we do it’s wonderful!!! Had a bad experience a few months ago and the team definitely made the moment right and made us feel comfortable! Brooke is phenomenal! I love her pressure, and her ability to focus on stress areas! Mary loves Jesse, and we both will continue to come back and see them!
