Realizing a lot of massage places prefer that you make an appointment, I decided to take me chances and walked into this location mid-day during the week. I've always been someone who thought the more the pressure the better. I decided to go with the experts recommendation after describing what I needed as being "something relaxing". Chuck was amazing! My wife booked an appointment and within the 24 hours she cancels it and wanted to reschedule as she had an irritation occurred on her face. It states if you have an irritation to not show up. She canceled leaving a voicemail as they were not open yet. She waited for a callback but nothing. She called them back and pretty much was told she would need to pay $100. For cancellation within 24 hours of booking the appointment. This location is a joke and has no customer service whatsoever. I will never again purchase a gift card... read more
Made an appointment for next day for an intensive facial. Woke up with a rash all over my face from a new product I used the night before. I tried calling at 8 when it states they are open, it went to voicemail. I left a message asking for a call back to hopefully reschedule. No one called so I called back at 9 and spoke to someone.
