Horrible policies and customer service!
RecommendedStarted my day off with a PERFECT 90-minute massage with Mandy R. She worked out all the tension in my chest from a tough workout yesterday and I feel so much better! Not to mention all my other tight and trouble areas! She is absolutely the best and she's the reason that my body can continue functioning day to day! I don't know what I'd do without her!
Utilitarian massage. Bigger issue is my fiance has 12 messages banked and I can only use a free massage every 6 months. Not cool. Also we can NEVER get a massage at the Schaumburg (home) location. So it is a $10 charge to transfer to Hoffman. If they are trying to get me to pay for my own membership it is NOT working.
This location could treat their customers better. Their rigid policy regarding missed appointments is ridiculous. The person I talked to claimed to be just delivering the message. Apparently you can't talk to the decision maker at this location, only the message deliverer.
I have been going to this location for many years. Mandy is by far the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever had anywhere. My family and I all fight over who’s going to get her. I usually win....

Would strongly recommend Massage Envy in Hoffman Estates. The staff are very professional and know what they are doing. Have been getting stretches for the last 9 months and it has definitely helped my golf game. Jessica is terrific
