I had a family emergency and had to cancel my appointment. They charged me full price. They explained to me that they couldn't fill the seasion which is why I had to pay for it. Though I understand the policy and that I agreed to the policy when I booked, they have lost all future business with me. Saved themselves $100 now but lost hundreds down the line. It's clear where their priorities are.
