Absolutely the worst customer service i have experienced from any company in several years. I have been a customer here for over 6 years and have had a few concerns but never chose to complain. However a few weeks ago had a problem with a facial. Spoke very kindly to 2 people in management to express my concerns. They told me that it was normal after a chemical peel to see no results??? Well for starters. They refused to refund a gift card after weeks of trying to get a massage scheduled. Then when I had expressed that is not a very good business practice. They refused to answer my phone calls and would answer and hang up. I can't even get to speak to a manager. They are rude and I will never go back .... guess I will just trash the gift card since they don't seem to want to refund it or honor it. This place sucks go to elements in highlands ranch they are soo much better and they have open appointments.
