Read my response to the review from Tami Cowden 6/19/16. While I have love my masseuse, this is the poorest run/organized Massage Envy I have ever experienced. Complaints (all the way up to the CEO have not had the courtesy of a response. I have had my membership challenged, prepaid sessions not honored and I am reluctant to return and experience yet MORE rudness and duplicate charges.
Made an appt a month ago. Arrived today to be told that the masseuse called in sick. Fair enough. People get sick. But why didn't they call? First I am told I did not leave a number on file. Uh. No, number is on file, and they call it every month to remind me of my appt. (Husband and i have been coming monthly for YEARS). So then the story changed to, the number was out of sevice.
