Jennifer is an awesome masseuse. She exceeded all expectations for the first time experience with a masseuse.
Always a great experience.
My masseuse is very good. Her name is Zaebra.very good technique and consistent in her kneading. My whole body feels relaxed after an hour of massage.
Ms. Annie was my therapist, she’s phenomenal!
I have been going here for years. this is the 2nd time my therapist for years leaves without notice of leaving her clients so in the process of trying to find someone new I try their recommendation of a new therapist who massaged me for 90 mins with one hand until the last 10 minutes of my massage. I have called TWICE for a manager to call me since that day and NO CALL BACK. So unprofessional.
Up until the last couole of months I have not had a issue with this facility. This is not my first time using Massage Envy on a contract basis but it will be my last. I do not know how you can run a business with no real customer service. I do not know how it is okay to tell customers about the licensing issue of a therapist with no regard to them. I use to love this place until my wife got pregnant.... we put a freeze on our account for that reason. I called the other day to get a massage cause I have 3 that are paid for.... they said I can’t use them cause my account is frozen! Wtf?!?!?! We’ve already paid for them!!! Never go to them or any of there shops! They are F******* crooks!!! F them!! We’re done!! Never again!!
