Ever since I had an appointment with Josh, it has been an outstanding experience. My back is not hurting anymore. I’m able to sleep it is so amazing. Now I’m continuingly making appointments every two weeks with him. Thank you so much.

First of all I want to say, that I rarely post reviews or negative ones. I have to be really be done before I would bother. If I could put less than a star I would. I had an account, could never get an appointment to actually get a massage, but got charged nonetheless. I came in 15 minutes late for my appointment and the facial therapist cancelled my appointment and charged me for the service. I told the manager I have waited for your rooms to be ready and your therapist to regroup 15 minutes and 20 minutes. This accommodation and generous understanding have to work both ways not just one way. If I wait patiently and kindly for your therapist to be ready, be flexible to accommodate your customers as well. They get you to buy their club membership and never have availability, if you get an appointment they either try to change it or cancel it (Farmingdale, NY ) location, I have 25 massages saved up in my bank that if you cancel you have 30 days to use, they are scam artists, don’t even buy a gift card there it will expire before you can get an appointment

Massage Envy cancelled my appointment 5 times in 4 months and will not give me my money back. They want you to sign a contract to cancel that says you won't ask for your money back. This is so unethical for a big business. Don't use them unless you like wasting your money. The manager is insensitive.

My wife booked an appointment and within the 24 hours she cancels it and wanted to reschedule as she had an irritation occurred on her face. It states if you have an irritation to not show up. She canceled leaving a voicemail as they were not open yet. She waited for a callback but nothing. She called them back and pretty much was told she would need to pay $100. For cancellation within 24 hours of booking the appointment. This location is a joke and has no customer service whatsoever. I will never again purchase a gift card... read more

I purchased a year membership, paid in full on the day of purchase, as a GIFT. I have now been charged for 4 months ($280) for a membership I do not own because my card was kept on file and added to person's account the gift went to. I made it clear my intention was to make a one time purchase of this gift that was not for me and I would not have anything else to do with it. I got a massage from someone by the name of Steve. It was awful my daughter paid $100 for a gift card and I still had to pay more money. It sucked . It was a waste of money hardly a massage and he sounded like he was sleeping and snoring while doing it. I feel bad for my daughter for wasting her money. Also he walks put with you and gives suggestions to come back and the obligation to tip a shifty job is real.
