You can never cancel your membership! The manager is always busy or not in the office! Anyone employee can start the 12 month membership but only a manager can cancel the membership! I’ve called corporate and they said only the manager can cancel. So it’s a scam people stay away from this company!! I am calling my bank to stop payment.
Holly does my facials and it's so relaxing she is the best! I have an appointment once a month. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
It was nice to have oil rubbed on my skin, but would have been even nicer if she would have given me a massage. The therapist didn't even rub one of my legs. She was very polite and courteous but would rather have stayed home. This WAS NOT a relaxing "massage" and I won't be going back.
