Today I walked into my massage with the intent of cancelling my membership afterwards - not because I was dissatisfied, but because I was trying to spend less money. I ended up walking out of my massage fully relaxed and kept my membership. Natasha was friendly and professional, but more than anything, her technique was amazing. She provided me with the best massage I have ever received. Thank you Massage Envy for trusting Natasha to care for your clients. She is truly talented!!

I had a special day planned for my husband. I had scheduled a couples massage weeks in advance. Literally an hour before our appointment they cancelled our session. I am absolutely livid! And to top it off, they never even offered a complimentary massage. Just kept asking me if I wanted to reschedule. Seriously? I will NEVER go here and will be sure to spread the word how unaccommodating this establishment is 😡Thanks for ruining my special day planned for my husband.

Do not fall for the monthly services club...it’s a rip off in many Ways. I was extremely disappointed in Massage Envy, Greengate location. While I love massages, they decided that I could not use my 2 massages that I paid for because it was “expired”. I was not notified it was going to expire and if I had been I would have used it. I had medical situation and could not use in Jan or Feb but paid my membership dues. I am a medical professional who has been a client at massage envy for 2 years. it is an extremely clean and welcoming environment. The massage therapist are certified and know their muscle physiology extremely well. I always leave feeling refreshed and all my muscle knots gone after a massage.
