I had a membership a couple of years ago at the Southlake location and loved everything about it. I decided to try out the Euless location in hopes of rejoining. I was so disappointed. Everything was just barely okay. The massage oil/lotion was not pleasant and didn't feel the same. My therapist ignored both my requests for firmer pressure. I was so hoping it would be good. I definitely will not be renewing my membership.

We would love to suggest a deeper pressure licensed massage therapist that my be more suitable to your pressure requests.

No one at this location seems to know how to close or freeze an account. I have been told twice that I would receive an email with a form to fill out and send back. I never received this email. I was told in the beginning that I could not close the account because it had not been charged yet. That did not make any sense, but whoever I speaking too did not seem very well trained (or they were?). I have tried to cancel or freeze this account since May 2019, but nothing ever seems to happen.

I have started going here in the past few months and had 2 of the best massage therapist I've run across at a Massage Envy. They are actually twins and were both blessed with the power to heal! Lakenia and Dekenia are amazing! I almost don't want to reccomend them because I need them open to massage me! The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful as well.
Had a massage with Rocky today and he was so knowledgeable! Used rapid tension release to get my blood flowing and tissue warmed up and then gave me the best deep massage in my neck, shoulders, and upper back area since I have been having frequent migraines. I have already scheduled my next appt with him. Highly recommended!
