It's refreshing,my body seems to be more effective in its attack against stress and it's healing to your soul. I love the Gastonia location. I go between here and South Park, but Ashley is my main therapist at the Gastonia location and I can’t recommend her enough!! If you go see her, tell her I sent you!
Had a massage scheduled for me and my husband and when I called to verify the appointment they told me it was for the next week! On top of their mistake with scheduling our appointment they have messed up our prepaid massages too! We have a common name so they have let someone else use some of prepaid massages! So disappointed and frustrated!
On a business trip and was surprised to see this place open so late. Thought it was great since my sciatica was giving me problems. Called and found out two therapists were available set appointment but needed to call back with my cc to finalize. Seven minutes later there were no therapists available and no massage for my pain. just like most businesses all they really care about is $ not clients. Good luck if you go there I hope it's better for you. I will never use this chain store.
