Nicole I am a new member of the New Jersey community. I have also been a member of massage envy for 2 years. Since I have moved from Boston I started going into the Garwood location and I did not have a good experience. My friend had requested a service to be paid on her behalf and the massage envy manager, Nicole put it on my card when I did not authorize the charge. She was also very rude in her customer service.
