Went to go get a back massage, it was very relaxing. Time flew by so fast, but needless to say it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be coming back here next time!

I was a complete newbie when it came to massages. I was very nervous going in for my first time. I sat down, and began filling out the first time paper work. Nothing to serious, along the same lines as going to an optometrist for the first time. The ladies at the front desk where on point, no hiccups with my appointment time. My review is... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! A massage is a gift that I give myself... going to Kingwood Massage Envy is more like going to the dentist. I have a choice as to where I spend my discretionary spend and I will not give another dime to a company that has no respect for their customers. Customer Service is rude, therapist are obviously not well trained and the facility has none of the essential elements you expect for a massage.

Had a great massage with Yana. Very upbeat and did a nice job on the parts of my body that were ailing me. New place. Entrance is clean and well-lit. Nice front desk staff. If first time, you fill out a two-page questionnaire before heading back to the "Tranquility Room" to away your masseuse. Then, you are whisked off to your table/room. Level of music was fine, table was warm, and there was almost no hall noise, which is amazing considering this place is wedged into the new mall between two other businesses.

Riley…She is an exceptional masseuse. She is incredibly strong, and is able to give me a super deep massage. Out of all the hundreds of massages I've had in my life, I would have to say she has consistently given me the best massages I have ever had. Usually when I ask for deep pressure, it never meets my expectations because it is never deep enough. Brand new opened November 2012. This place is much closer for me so I plan on becoming a regular here. Therapists adjust pressure when requested. I go here to relax and loosen up the body. Always usually deep tissue. Regular massage just seems to whimsy. I only had one massage so far so I'll update later. I got the Murad facial from Victoria and I came out much more radiant than coming in. I'll definitely be getting another soon.
