They will charge your card without permission and give you the run-around for weeks while you repeatedly call to get your money back. As another reviewer said, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PATMENT INFO!
Best experience from beginning to end, from first phone call and entering completely flawless transition, Whitney at front desk was absolutely genuinely caring and professional,answered all my questions without hesitation, very great customer service, Linda was my massuese ,she was very thoughtful and took great care of me, I booked my next session and even signed up for membership......
Terrible customer service. I had a sales clerk, Keisha, hang up in my face when I asked for corporate. For some reason there are no managers on duty. Strangely, everyone was available take my credit card information last month. If I could rate them 0 stars it would still be too much. The massage was ok- 8/10...but the company practices are questionable. I find all of these grievances and a dedicated complaint website after the fact...so do your googles!!! Especially with this location.
