Today i had my first ever massage. I was super nervous because i have never done anything like this for myself. I was greeted right away when i walked in and Dawn was so delightful. Her customer service was out of this world. The environment is very warm and calming. Last Thursday my girlfriend and I were scheduled for massages at 11:30. They were changed to 12:30 due to your personnel. Then both massage therapists were changed due to more personnel issues. When we arrived I was taken back to the room and my new massage therapist informed me she had strep throat, was on antibiotics, and didn't think she was contagious anymore. I’ve been a member for 7 years and going to this location for 6. Massage, for me, is just another piece of my fitness routine. I use it as recovery for my workouts so I go monthly. I look forward to them to work out all my soreness. But in the last year or so, I’ve had my appointments cancelled every single month, most of the time it’s the day of the appointment. I even had a massage and facial scheduled and both people decided they couldn’t come in that day! It’s frustrating and not worth the headache!
I am a preferred member and even though I love this location and the staff, I would like to see a Massage Envy open in Warrenton. I would certainly utilize my benefits more often. I drive 30 minutes from Warrenton to Gainesvilee then south again over an hour to home. What is the possibility?
