I keep hearing inconsistencies. one time I am being told I have 4 next I am being told I have none. there are never any appointments and when I finally make an appointment it's canceled. now I have been trying to get ahold of someone for a resolution for about a month and I keep being told that they will call me back but still waiting. they won't even refund for a month.
